Trained at Haarmann & Reimer under Arturetto Landi, then worked for fashion and fragrance houses before founding Nasomatto and Orto Parisi. His work is dense, bodily and deliberately unresolved, with smoke, leather, woods and animalic effects pushed hard. Black Afgano, Baraonda and Terroni are key works.
