French Cowboy

Founded in Paris in 2025 by Givaudan perfumer Ashley Santiago and Adrien Ollat. French Cowboy co-creates scents with chefs, dancers and artists from outside perfumery, framing high-concentration gourmands as deliberately unserious luxury. Debut fragrances include Mezcal Chocolat and Pear Pavlova.
