Regalien

Founded in Istanbul in 2016 by Bilen and Varol Besen. Regalien joins Ottoman and Anatolian references with modern extrait-style perfumery, often using oud, saffron, leather, flowers and amber. The house works with several perfumers while keeping production and creative direction in Turkey.
