Founded in Munich in 2009 by Tanja Bublitz and Stefan Cozma. Philly & Phill is a German niche brand that frames each fragrance as a personal memory, working with perfumers such as Jérôme Epinette and Hamid Merati-Kashani. It debuted in 2010 with the pair Rosa and Grey; later releases carry playful names like Punks In Paradise.
