Founded in Florida by Niles Ramadhin. City Rhythm turns the energy, music and weather of particular cities into extrait-style perfumes. Tropical fruit, salt, woods, florals, coffee and nightlife accords recur, with each formula shaped as an emotional portrait rather than a literal map.
