Dolce & Gabbana's fragrance line began in Italy in 1992 under founders Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The first women's scent used a rich floral aldehydic structure. Later releases repeatedly returned to Mediterranean citrus, white flowers, aromatic herbs and warm woods.
